C'est le Plus Beau Hôtel à Acapulco, Impressionnante Architecture, Meilleure Localisation dans la baie, Vues Magiques depuis les balcons de chaque chambre, unes mieux situes que les autres, évidemment celles avec vue sur la mer sont exceptionnelles, les Piscines sont sympas, le petit-déjeuner est Superbe, très varié et on peut y en profiter jusqu'à midi ..... mais c'est toujours le même, aujourd'hui ont appelé un des plats "a la mexicana" demain le même plat ils l'appelleront "a la ranchera". Je souligne que tout était quand-même très bon mais après 12 jours ...
Ce que j'ai pas ou moins apprécié c'est que vous "Le Hotsson" nous avaient habitué à un Hôtel de Luxe où il n'y avait rien à changer et cette fois, après un an, les manquements de vigilance et supervision étaient par tout; aucune mesure Anti-Covid Respecté, la première chambre que nous ont attribué était ... décevante, le Sofa-lit était mort et tâché, il fallait avoir de la force pour ouvrir les portes de la terrasse, la terrasse pleine de taches de peinture par terre (chambre 1928), après ils nous sont transférés à la chambre d'en face soit la 1927 (la vue sur la baie est plus belle du côté des 28s), à peine rentré dans la nouvelle chambre il a fallu que je descends en catastrophe pour montrer en photo ce que nous avions trouvé dans le réfrigérateur de la deuxième chambre attribué ... des pâtisseries, yaourts et je ne sais quoi encore dedans et pour leur dire en plus que l'airco ne fonctionnerait pas comme il fallait, que la porte de la chambre ne fermait pas correctement, qu'il manquaient quelques crochés aux rideaux donc il penchait par endroits. Pour moi, que je travaille dans métier depuis nombreuses années dans un Hôtel 5 étoiles à Bruxelles, tout ceci ne veut pas dire autre chose qu'il y a un manque de vouloir "L'Excellence", nous les Superviseurs, nous devons faire notre boulot, aller réviser quotidiennement que le travaille soit bien fait et les standards bien suivis. Cette chambre 1927, à part que de toute évidence la Dame du nettoyage n'a pas eu le temps de faire la chambre à fond, sauf faire le lit (le couvre-lit à l'envers), donc on a trouvé le réfrigérateur plein de nourriture laissé par les clients d'avant nous, l'airco ne fonctionnera pas qu'après l'avoir réparé pendant deux jours de suite, alors nos vacances n'avaient pas vraiment encore commencé. Ceci en était dit, ils ont Tous Tout fait pour nous Satisfaire avec leur plus grand Sourire.
